During your treatment, you will either lie on your stomach or your back depending on which body part you are wanting to target. For addressing your abdomen, one EMSCULPT applicator will be applied to your abdomen and secured with a binding strap while you lie on your back. To target your buttocks, two applicators will be applied with one on each buttock while you lie on your stomach.

Once the applicators are securely placed, your EMSCULPT NEO treatment begins. A series of varying muscle contraction patterns are used to maximize your muscles’ workload causing them to adapt. EMSCULPT NEO will do all the work while you relax. During treatment, you will feel your muscles contracting, but it should not feel overly uncomfortable. Each 30-minute treatment session is capable of delivering nearly 20,000 deep muscular contractions within that short time frame which can’t be achieved with regular sit-ups or squats alone.

EMSCULPT NEO treatments take about 30 minutes per session. A minimum of 4 sessions scheduled about 5 to 10 days apart is recommended for optimal results. Every package of 4 treatments also includes a bottle of ALASTIN TRANSFORM (a $200 value) to further improve skin tightening and firmness!

EMSCULPT NEO is considered a lunchtime treatment as it takes just 30 minutes to complete one treatment. Its noninvasiveness allows you to get in, get out and get back to your daily routine with zero need for pre/post treatment preparation or downtime.

Because of the intensity of the muscle contractions, you may experience muscles soreness 24 to 48 hours following your session. Many people compare this feeling to an intense workout minus the sweat.

Although individual experiences vary, many men and women notice a difference in their appearance soon after completing their first EMSCULPT NEO treatment. Optimal results are typically observed 90 days after the final session and can continue improving for several weeks after the treatment.
