Kelli Abrahamson

Kelli joined Harrington Plastic Surgery in August of 2022. Throughout her 20+ years as an RN, she has explored a variety of nursing disciplines from travel nursing in California and Arizona, to Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby and, most recently, Informatics. She is excited to be a part of the current dynamic team and get back to her passion for women’s health and wellness in one unique place.
Kelli enjoys getting to know people and truly listening to their concerns and seeing their rewarding journey from consultation to post-op.
She received her BSN in 2000 from Bethel College. In her limited free time, and when she is not ubering her 3 boys around, Kelli enjoys watching them play various sports, spin cycling, finding the best vacation spots and hanging out with friends as often as possible.
Saebra Halliday

Saebra has been with Harrington Plastic Surgery since November 2016. Throughout her 20 years as an RN, Saebra has explored and enjoyed a variety of nursing disciplines – she has worked in the Surgical ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab, Neuro-Intensive Care Unit, Interventional Radiology Lab and the Pre and Post Surgical Care units. She is thrilled to combine the many skills she has honed over the years, along with her passion for women’s health and wellness, in one very unique place.
Upon coming to work at Harrington Plastic Surgery, Saebra has been finding her niche in an intimate setting where she can connect with, educate and support women through unique, rewarding and challenging procedures and experiences.
Saebra received her BSN in 1997 from Creighton University School of Nursing, in Omaha, Nebraska. In her free time, Saebra adores cooking, finding the next adventure, and singing in her car, but most especially, she loves spending time with friends and family!
Kelly Miller

Kelly joined our team in August of 2022. Throughout her 16 years of nursing, Kelly has enjoyed a variety of nursing specialties ranging from Cardiac and Neonatal ICU to Emergency Medicine and Flight nursing. She is excited to bring many of her skills to a setting that fosters a team approach to the health and wellness of the patient.
Kelly received her BSN in 2006 from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, photography, and anything to do with the outdoors from fishing and hiking to skiing and running.
Nikia Nowlen

Nikia joined the Harrington Plastic Surgery team November 2020. She is excited to bring her expertise in skin care, lasers, Microneedling, body contouring and a variety of other aesthetics services. Nikia has a passion and enthusiasm for skin care and overall wellness that is welcomed at first interaction. Her thoughtfulness in treatment planning and execution of services in a medical setting are just some of her amazing qualities.
Before joining Harrington Plastic Surgery, Nikia was a lead clinical assistant and Master CoolSculpting Provider at a well-established clinic in a suburb of Minneapolis, MN. Medical aesthetics has been a welcomed career change for Nikia, where she can follow her passions. Prior to being an Aesthetician, Nikia worked in the Corporate Finance industry, specializing in relationship management for over 10 years.
Nikia graduated with honors from Saint Paul College in June of 2017. She achieved her Esthetics Medical Setting certificate as well as her Esthetician Certificate. In addition, she also earned her Advanced Practice Esthetics license (APE) in 2019 as well as a National Certified Phlebotomy Technician (NCPT) certification in 2017. She is constantly seeking more knowledge and skills to provide safe, high quality aesthetic treatments.
In her free time, Nikia loves spending time with friends, family and her Vizsla puppy, Mikko. Nikia cannot get enough of being outdoors. She enjoys walking, hiking, biking the beautiful lake in Minneapolis, and exploring what nature has to offer. Visiting her family in Madison, WI is always trip that she cherishes.
Tara Olson

Tara has been a physician assistant since 2002 and has worked in many areas of medicine, including plastic/hand/cosmetic surgery, emergency medicine, primary care, and interventional radiology. She loves medicine because it enables her to interact with people on a very personal level. She completed professional school at Augsburg College in 2001 and earned a certification from NCCPA, the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Plastic and hand surgery is an interesting and challenging specialty because it involves so many aspects of the body with a variety of complex issues. She is grateful to be able to collaborate with such a great team of surgeons and staff. She particularly enjoys working with breast cancer patients, trying to make their journey as pleasant as possible. She has also developed a special interest in cosmetic procedures including BOTOX®, fillers, and laser treatments.
While not at work she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, friends, and family. She also enjoys dancing, playing golf, and travel.
