Who Is a Good Candidate for a VI Peel?
How the VI Peel Works
VI Peel Precision Plus
Target sun damage and melasma with this medium-depth powerhouse peel that promotes rapid cell turnover to achieve an even and glowing skin tone.
VI Peel Advanced
This peel is formulated to improve the appearance of aging skin, by softening wrinkles and fine lines while enhancing skin elasticity. The peel penetrates deeply, enhancing collagen stimulation to increase cell turnover and help firm the skin.
Your Chemical Peel Treatment
To begin treatment, we’ll prep your skin in the treatment area and apply the chosen VI Peel formula in layers, allowing time for each layer to soak into the skin for maximum effectiveness. Treatment is completely painless and is completed in as little as 30 minutes.
VI Peel Recovery
All VI Peels, like any chemical peel, will lead to skin peeling as dead and damaged skin layers are naturally removed to reveal clearer skin. The timing of this peeling will vary depending on the type of peel performed and your particular reaction. Typically, our patients have some flaking a few days after their treatment, with peeling lasting 3 to 7 days after the visit.
We find that a series of treatments often works best to achieve excellent results, followed by periodic maintenance treatments as needed to keep your skin looking smooth and radiant.

VI Peel FAQs
How does a VI Peel work?
VI Peels are “medium-depth” peels, meaning they penetrate through the Dermal-Epidermal Junction of the skin. This allows the peel formulation to target the layer of skin cells that produce pigmentation, leading to a more even complexion along with smoother skin as the natural skin exfoliation process is sped up.
How do I choose the best VI Peel for my skin concerns?
Simple – leave it up to us! Our providers are trained in the benefits of each chemical peel formulation and will recommend a peel after evaluating your skin and complexion. We also have experience combining many of our other medspa treatments, such as BOTOX Cosmetic, with a VI Peel treatment to boost your results.
How many treatments will I need?
You should see noticeable results after a single treatment session, but typically our patients will have a series of VI Peels spaced several weeks apart to achieve their best results. From there, it’s all about maintaining your refreshed complexion with high-quality skincare products and the proper use of sunscreen, along with periodic maintenance treatments to keep your skin looking smooth and radiant.
