The XERF system allows us to deliver a nearly effortless, walk in, walk out radiofrequency skin tightening treatment. By combining two radiofrequencies, XERF treatments can deliver energy not just deeper, but exactly where you need it most, creating smoother and tighter skin. Treatment with the XERF system includes real-time analysis of your skin as treatment is progressing, allowing custom adaptation with 3 depth settings and 10 intensity levels. The XERF system adjusts according to your skin’s thickness to maximize effectiveness and minimize discomfort. A XERF treatment is a truly personalized experience tailored for each individual patient.
Concerned about comfort? XERF’s built-in Wave Fit Pulse technology includes cycles of advanced cooling designed to protect the upper skin layers for comfort, without compromising the temperature needed to reach deeper layers. Each pulse is irradiated with a refrigerant gas to provide a steady temperature rise for a comfortable procedure.
XERF sessions last about 45 minutes on average, with a shorter treatment time compared to similar treatments that require numbing or other prep. We offer package pricing on a 2 treatment package so you can maximize your tightening results.

XERF Skin Tightening FAQs
Strong candidates for this skin tightening treatment may notice a soft or sagging jawline, along with loose skin on the face and neck. It’s ideal for people with busy schedules who don’t want downtime. It may not be the best fit if you’re currently pregnant or breastfeeding, have a skin infection, or have excessive jowling that is better corrected through a surgical facelift.
While the lower face and neck is the most common treatment area, XERF can tighten skin almost anywhere, including the cheeks/midface, forehead, and even the arms, abdomen and thighs. In short, if you have areas of sagging skin, come in and let us evaluate you to determine the best treatment option.
A treatment session at our office usually takes about 45 minutes, although the time can vary depending on the treatment areas you need and other factors. Many of our patients see significant results after just one treatment, but the total number of sessions needed depends on your individual skin condition and goals. We’ll develop a plan that is right for you.
That’s the beauty of XERF…downtime is negligible. You can resume most daily activities immediately after the treatment. We’ll let you know if you should avoid any specific activities for a short time after treatment.
