Your EMFEMME 360 Treatment
An FDA-approved, completely non-surgical treatment for vaginal tightening, EMFEMME 360 uses radiofrequency energy to tighten the vaginal canal, improve sexual response, and lift and tighten the labial folds. It can achieve many of the effects of a labiaplasty or vaginoplasty without surgery. The treatment takes only 8 minutes and is designed for maximum patient comfort.
EMFEMME 360 delivers radiofrequency energy in a uniform pattern to the vaginal wall via an internally inserted device. The device heats the vaginal canal, triggering the body’s collagen growth process and tightening the area. The second attachment on the device can heat the vulvar area and trigger collagen production in the labial folds for a lifting and tightening effect.
Your O Spot Shot Treatment
O Spot Shots are administered by our certified physician assistants and nurses. The O Spot Shot is a two-step process, beginning with a simple blood draw from the arm. After blood is drawn, the blood sample is prepared using a centrifuge. When injected, the prepared blood releases several growth factors, which in turn can increase blood flow, aid in the production of healthy tissue and collagen and strengthen the vaginal tissues.
Before the injections, the vagina and clitoris are numbed using a topical numbing cream. The shot is then administered in specific areas of the vagina and vulva, including the G spot. Most women report experiencing little to no discomfort during the injections. The entire process usually takes around 30 minutes.
Depending on your concerns, Dr. Harrington may suggest alternate or additional treatments. For instance, Labiaplasty can resize overly large labia.
Recovery & Results
Both EMFEMME 360 and the O Spot Shot require no downtime and women may return to their normal routine right after leaving our office, including sexual intercourse if desired. The full benefits of the treatment should gradually develop over the coming weeks and months as new collagen is built and cell turnover occurs in the treated tissue. While some women may achieve their desired results after a single O Spot Shot treatment, others find that they benefit from scheduling a second treatment. EMFEMME 360 typically requires 3 treatments over a span of 3 weeks for maximum effectiveness.
