Your EMFEMME 360 Treatment
Each EMFEMME 360 treatment is quick and comfortable. During the procedure, a trained specialist in our office will insert the device’s small handpiece into the vaginal area. Once in place, the device emits controlled radiofrequency energy that, over time, encourages the production of collagen. The RF energy is delivered for 8 minutes and causes a mild heating sensation. Your entire treatment should be completed in about 15 to 20 minutes.
EMFEMME 360 Results
EMFEMME 360 is a non-surgical procedure that doesn’t require any downtime. You may return to your normal routine immediately following your appointment. You may feel improvement after a single session, though generally a series of treatments will help you achieve your best results. The results will typically continue to improve over the next few weeks following each treatment.

In short, no. The EMFEMME 360 device will cause a heating sensation, but should not feel uncomfortable. After treatment, you may have a brief period of mild redness and swelling (usually lasting a few hours at most). You will be cleared to resume normal activity immediately after leaving our office.
EMFEMME 360 is FDA-cleared and backed by extensive clinical studies. No harmful effects have been shown in the vaginal tissue due to the application of radiofrequency energy waves.
You should see some improvement after a single treatment, but generally we recommend a series of 3 to 4 weekly treatments to maximize results. After that, you may choose to have a periodic maintenance treatment so that you continue feeling comfortable and confident.
Results tend to occur gradually as the treated cells produce new collagen tissue and the area is tightened and remodeled.
While both of these treatments can help with urinary incontinence, if that is your main concern, Emsella is likely the better option.
