Kathy Matson is the Executive Director and Patient
Coordinator for Harrington Plastic Surgery. Since 1987,
Kathy has worked in plastic and reconstructive
surgery, and she is a member of PSAA (Plastic Surgery
Administrative Association).
Kathy assists Dr. Harrington in both the pre-operative
and post-operative phases of patient care. She helps
to educate and coordinate patients and their families
throughout the surgical and healing process.

Kim Starr assists Dr. Harrington in both the clinic
and operating room, and plays an integral role on
the team.
With experience in plastic surgery since 1986,
Kim helps each patient to understand that their
questions and concerns are vital components in

Dr. Harrington grew up in San Jose, California. She received her undergraduate degree at the
University of California, Riverside, graduated from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine
in California, and trained in general surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Her
fellowship was completed in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Minnesota
and she has been in private practice in the Twin Cities for 10 years.
